There are 350 rooms and villas. The Superior rooms measure 44 square metres and face either the ocean or the lagoon, the Junior Suites reach 69 square metres with a sea view, and 31 three-bedroom family villas of 185 square metres add a living room, dining area and kitchenette.

La Paloma runs the international buffet for breakfast and dinner. La Vista, a steakhouse over the lagoon, catches the sunset, Da Vinci serves Italian and Mediterranean dishes, and Viva Mexico does tacos and quesadillas by the pool and beach. The sushi bar looks out on the Caribbean, and Pina Colada closes the day with Mexican fine dining. Bars include the pool bar, a lobby bar with a martini menu and the beachfront Kukus Bar, for guests 18 and over.
