Rooms start at 38 square meters and every one has a balcony, with a king bed or two doubles. Garden and lagoon views come first, then partial, frontal and panoramic sea views. The panoramic room is 53 square meters with two balconies, and the romance rooms add a private jacuzzi on the terrace or a dinner for two.

There are four restaurants. Zai serves Chinese, Japanese, Thai and Vietnamese dishes, Marco Polo is the formal international dinner, Don Gus is an oceanfront buffet for breakfast and lunch, and Café Solaris covers breakfast and a themed dinner buffet. The Pool Bar, Lobby Bar and MVP Sports Bar keep the evenings going, a poolside snack bar and pizza counter fill the afternoons, and room service runs 24 hours.

Days can include yoga and a Healthy Corner, or the spa, where Pevonia Botanica treatments are given by the sea. Children have a Kids Club and a water park, and the theater stages a different themed night each evening, from Mexican to Caribbean.
