Every room is a junior suite or larger. The Jr. Suite is 35 square metres with a sofa, and the sea-view versions add a balcony or terrace. Connecting junior suites let friends take two rooms side by side. The Suite with sea view is 70 square metres with a lounge, and the Suite Jacuzzi with sea view is 61 square metres, with a king bed, a sofa bed and a jacuzzi on the sea-view terrace.
Seven restaurants cover the day. Don Roberto is the main buffet, with live cooking and themed nights three times a week. Los Arcos is Italian, a buffet at lunch and a menu at dinner. Krystal serves fusion cooking a la carte, Sakura is Japanese, Fiesta Mexicana is Mexican, and Black & White is the steakhouse, a relaxed dinner for two. El Romero, beside the pool, handles light buffet snacks. Six bars are spread through the hotel.
The pools include infinity pools and an outdoor pool with a swim-up bar, with terraces for sunbathing. The Renova Spa offers massages and personalised treatments, the gym is free, and there are guided activities and beach sports. A free introductory diving class is part of the stay. Live music and nightly shows are on every day, and RIU Party events run several times a week at the nearby Hotel Riu Caribe, with transfers included.
