Rooms start at 44 square metres with two double beds and a balcony. Deluxe Ocean Front rooms reach 88 square metres with a living room and sofa bed, Ocean Front Family Suites are 132 square metres with a hydro massage bathtub, home cinema and king bed, and the Altitude Suites run to 176 square metres with a living room, dining room and Nespresso.

Five restaurants take dinner without reservations. Ayami is the Asian room, The Grill does barbacoa and Argentinian barbecue, Terraza El Mortero cooks contemporary Mexican with a mariachi, Risotto is Italian and Restaurant O does breakfast. Red Fish serves ceviche by the main pool, and the Beach Bar & Grill sits under palm-thatched canopies on the sand.

Four pools include adults-only ones and a swim-up bar. Kamp Krystal runs supervised days for children, Adventure Friends has pool tables, air hockey and video games for ages 10 and up, and the Beach House Spa has five treatment rooms and a steam chamber.
