Rooms run from a 36 square metre king or two-double room to Deluxe ocean-view rooms, all with a balcony, and a 42 square metre Honeymoon Suite with a jacuzzi facing the sea. A family room joins two Deluxe units into 72 square metres for six, each with its own bathroom and balcony.

Frutas y Flores is the main buffet restaurant, with a different speciality each night. Sunset Restaurant looks over the city and turns Italian and à la carte for dinner. Corazón Contento, for adults only, serves Mexican food with a selected international wine list. The adults-only Sky Bar has a terrace for sunset, with sushi and cocktails for Deluxe ocean-view guests.

There are three heated pools, one of them for children, and an adults-only area with wet loungers. The kids club takes ages 4 to 12 with crafts, games and beach activities, and the programme includes aqua aerobics, yoga, kayak tours and cooking classes. Shakti Spa and a gym are on site. It suits families who want the old town and the Malecón within walking distance.
