Three restaurants carry the dining. Aguamadre cooks regional Mexican food from Nayarit and Jalisco in an open show kitchen, Lia serves Southern Italian dishes with wood-fired pizza, and KOBO offers ramen, sushi and yakitori with a sake and Japanese whisky bar. Café Inez does coffee and baked goods from 7 am to 11 pm, and there are several bars with a mixology programme.
