The rooms are all junior suites or larger. The Jr. Suite is 39 square metres with a balcony or terrace, two 150 by 200 beds or one 200 by 200, and a sofa or sofa bed in the living area. Elite Club rooms add premium service and come as Jr. Suites, Suites and swim-up versions of both, with a private pool on the terrace.
Nine restaurants share the evenings. Don Julian is the main buffet, with live cooking and themed nights three times a week. La Dolce Vita is Italian, Krystal is the a la carte fusion room, Miyagi is Japanese, and Steakhouse serves top-quality cuts. Guacamole is a lunch buffet of Mexican specialities by the pool, Pepe's Food is the grill, Tiki Taco is a taqueria buffet, and the Elite Club restaurant is a la carte for Elite Club guests. Five bars include a swim-up bar.
