There are 253 rooms: 252 Deluxe Garden View junior suites of 37 square meters, with a king bed or two singles and space for two adults and two children, and one residence suite.
Ten restaurants share the plan. El Dorado serves seafood and fine dining and seats 50, La Adelita does Mexican, Ribs & More American, Sumptuori Japanese, Portofino Mediterranean, La Lola Spanish buffet, Chang Thai Thai fine dining, Tikal an international buffet, and La Hacienda and El Gran Azul cover lunch and dinner. Two show cooking restaurants, four à la carte restaurants and a beach club share the resort, with nine bars.
The family pool of 3,544 square meters is shared with Colonial, a children's aquatic park of 757 square meters keeps the youngest busy, and the adults-only El Secreto pool is a quieter option. Baby Club (ages 1 to 3), Mini Club (4 to 12) and Junior Club (13 to 18) run for children. The Zentropia Palladium Spa & Wellness is on site, with basketball, volleyball, soccer, tennis, archery and table tennis, and diving, snorkeling, kayaking and paddleboarding on the beach.
