It has more than 400 rooms, each with a balcony or terrace overlooking the gardens, and Privileged superior ocean view rooms for those who want a sea view.

The resort counts seven restaurants: two buffets, La Brisa beside the pool and El Mercado facing the beach, and five themed restaurants. The themed ones are Mamma Mia for Italian, Adelita for Mexican, Steakville for grilled meat and fish, Ayami for Japanese teppanyaki and Catalonia Burgers. There are five pools, with places to eat and drink beside them and by the sea. Privileged rooms add 24-hour room service, access to a private beach with the Pure Chill Out Bar, a Privileged pool and the BLoved restaurant. The Privileged suite has a private terrace with a small pool.
The Alegría Spa has a hydrotherapy circuit, plunge pool, steam bath, sauna and massage cabins. Puerto Aventuras has its own golf club, and the Kid's Club runs workshops, a mini disco and group games. The page prints no transfer time to the airport.
